1 Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jet baaz platform and all services under it. By accessing the website, registering an account, or starting to use any service, you will be considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account on jet baaz and take part in any casino or betting activity, the applicant must be at least 21 years old. The platform may request a national ID card or other official document to verify age at any time. Providing false information about age may result in account termination and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, address, or device, they may be identified as duplicates, closed, and any bonuses earned will be cancelled.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

3.2 Withdrawal Methods and Timing

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Having a verified account speeds up the withdrawal process.

3.3 Payment Verification

jet baaz may verify identity and confirm the source of funds before processing any withdrawal request. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the platform has the right to place the account under investigation.

4 Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Other Promotions

The terms of the relevant offer apply to other promotions, including the weekly jet baaz reload bonus (25%, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x), the Monday fresh start bonus (50%, up to ৳6,000, wagering 22x), and the jet baaz Cricket Festival bonus (30%, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20x).

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise
• If bonus abuse or account fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled
• A bonus is not a cash equivalent under any circumstances and is non-transferable
• jet baaz reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion

5 VIP Programme and Cashback

The jet baaz VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier: Bronze members receive up to 0.4%, Silver members up to 0.8%, and Gold members up to 1.2%.

Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Example: if a Silver member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 in cashback.

5.1 Tier Change Conditions

Members can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular active play. There is no fixed turnover threshold for a tier change — consistent and active participation on the platform is taken into account. jet baaz reserves the right to change the VIP evaluation method.

5.2 Cashback Payment Schedule

Weekly cashback is generally calculated every Monday and credited to the account on the same day or within the next business day. The account must be active to receive cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is considered final, it cannot be cancelled — exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues or system errors. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Odds and Changes

jet baaz reserves the right to change odds at any time. Once a bet is placed, the odds at that moment will apply. In live betting, odds can change quickly as market conditions shift.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited
• Placing automated bets using algorithms or bots is prohibited
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems is prohibited
• Any activity related to match fixing or manipulation is prohibited
• Collecting or using other members' account information is prohibited

7 Privacy and Data Protection

jet baaz gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep transactions and personal data secure. Members' information is never sold to third parties.

jet baaz is not responsible for any loss caused by technical issues, server outages, or internet connection problems. The member is fully responsible for any loss resulting from problems with their own device or connection.

11.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, an attempt must first be made to resolve it with the jet baaz support team. If no resolution is reached, it will be settled through mediation by mutual agreement of both parties.

11.3 Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue to be fully effective without that part.

11.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jet baaz and the member and replace any previous oral or written agreements or understandings.
